We all know how important hydration is when you’re outdoors. Winter hydration should be top priority as the cold hunts are beginning. There are a lot of cold-weather bowhunters who have had their fair share of frozen water bottles while out on a hunt, or campers trying to defrost their water while hiking.
This quick video from Sierra Trading Post has some great tips on how to keep your water bottles from freezing, no mater what cold weather adventure you are going on this season.

Also, don’t fill your water bottle all the way up if it might freeze. As the water freezes, the ice will push the still liquid water out through the cap. This can soak your clothing or whatever it is attached to.
