Depending on our production schedule, you might receive one more issue at the old address, however, the Post Office should forward it with your other mail. Please email subscriptions@tradbow.com if you have any questions.

We have to submit the renewal information to the magazine printer a few weeks in advance. Sometimes, we receive a renewal after this information is sent. Before you go looking for a cancelled check or credit card charge, Contact Us to see if we received your payment.

It generally takes 7 to 10 days for US deliveries, and 2 to 3 weeks for shipments to our foreign customers. Many times, a tracking number is emailed to you when the item is shipped. If you still have questions, please Contact Us and we’ll see what’s going on.
Details concerning new subscriptions can be found on the Print Subscription page, and also on the confirmation that will be sent to your email address on the order. Because we publish six times per year, it could be up to 6 weeks before you receive your first issue, but often it is faster than that.
Magazines are mailed in the middle of each EVEN month, (ie. February, April, June, etc.) and should be delivered by the end of those months. Foreign subscriptions and change of address forwards through the Post Office could take a bit longer.
Magazines are sent by “bulk mail” and delivery often depends on how much first class mail your carrier has. Sometimes your friend might get his magazine before you get yours.
If you don’t have your magazine into the first week of the ODD month, please Contact Us and we will look into it.
Ugh! It happens. We make every effort to keep your magazine in one piece until it gets to you, but sometimes the machinery in the postal system catches it wrong. Please Contact Us and we will replace your damaged magazine.
