i gotta say that really sucks. sorry stabow. im new to traditional archery and new to this magazine(new as in i only have 4 issues) but i still look forward to every one. i really like everything about tbm. tbm has been a great help and i cant wait till the next issue. to everyone at TBM you guys are AWESOME. keep up the good work!!!!

heres the quiver that i had. i mounted it just like it shows in the pic. its made of aluminium….maybe thats the problem.
in reply to: trad vs. compound #37384thats probably true. now it seems that its all about the latest gadgets u can stick on your bow and who can get the biggest rack score. thats why i stayed away from compounds, its too gadgety for me, but to each his own. i enjoy being in the woods and watching the animals. i also love to eat them!
im with PETA: people for eating tasty animals! tee hee (hope that doesnt offend)in reply to: Big Russian Boars #36099a friend of mine lives in oklahoma and from what he said there is public land. i know for a fact that near henryetta ok there use to be an outfit that would take ya out to hunt turkey deer and hog. cant remember the name. that same friend shot a hog that dressed out at 145# near cleaveland, not the biggest pig but meat in the freezer. hope thats helpn ya out.

in reply to: Traditional Bowhunting Interest? #31564hello everyone, im a newby with a bow. i usually hunt with a rifle or muzzleloader but i wanted to give the bow a try. i went with a recurve cuz compounds are way to gadgety. i wanted to get back to the basics. i took the survey and marked friends. a buddy of mine from colorado got me started. many thanks to TBM for the helpful articals. i look forward to the next issue.
