the trick to making thin lines is to but the thin lines down first then fill in the spaces after the lines dry and cover the thin lines to the thickness you want.

i like to be on the ground hunting because i can move to where ever i think i may see the animals i am hunting. i build simple natural blinds when needed.i do carry a bucket to set on.i use the wind and sun and i see game if they are in the area.if not i move and setup elsewhere just my 2 cents worth

Some people just dont get. They are out for the quick kill. Here in Pa. our early archery season ended with out me filling my tag. I passed on two small bucks a 6 pointer and a half rack, both young bucks. Both bucks was less than 10 yards broadside and never saw me sitting on my bucket. That was my joy ,being that close that i could smell them,It was very windy and I was down wind so they didnt smell me.Our rifle season starts on monday after thanksgiving.Ill be out there but not with a rifle.Ill be carring my long bow.And taking only the shot I know I can make if it comes. If it dont that fine also I still will enjoy GODS gife to us all.Pray for you friends to see what we see and be blessed as we are when we are out with our bows.

i have the hide drying now after a bath in salt brime.thats how i did when i was a kid 50 years ago. i went back there today and took my camera this time,i just wish i had a photo of the hog in the tree.i also took a tape masure. i took a photo of the tree .the hog was 27 feet off the ground in the big y. i had to shoot almost straight up. i got him under the chin and the arrow came out the back of his head. he never knew what hit him.lesson learned alway carry your camera and you never know where or when your game will appear.

                        hi brennanherr
i use ace blunts 145 gr i have had pass throughs on most good hits. ground hog are tough animals they are pretty hard to stop in there tracks with a bow.most i have shot died before they get to there hole.most places i hunt hogs i know where there holes are at.if you know the holes then you can tell how far they are from home.i like them to be 35 to 40 yards for them to die. i have had a few that the arrow stayed in the hog and they could not get down the hole allowing a killing close shot. i shot 5 this year and cleanly miss about 10. i setup in brush about 40 to 50 yards from the holes.the last one i shot was 4 yards away. anyway have fun as always take only the shot if you can kill them bob mc

I had judo points pretty deep in a few stumps.I broke a few wood shafts trying to get some out but the glue didnt fail. I carry plyers and a old knife now. good luck good shooting
