See below for full disclosure on information collected while shopping on our site.

Your name and email address may be passed to our third party vendors, MailMunch and MailChimp, for the purpose of sending you email newsletters or marketing emails that you sign up for through various Contact Forms on our site. We may also share your name and email with giveaway partners if you submit a giveaway form on our site. Their use of your information is subject to their privacy policy, and we have no control over their use, but we do ask them to not share your information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We use the Smush plugin, which sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Contact forms

Contact form submissions are kept for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. The data collected on contact forms are not stored on the site, but are sent to a corporate email through our vendor, Google Business Services. The plugins we use for contact forms are Contact Form 7 and MailMunch.
