Very good looking bows.
in reply to: I discovered the ultimate quiver.. finally #8446Man thats awesome. Did you kill the Coyote yourself or is the quiver purchased?
in reply to: Bear Montana brace height? #8441My setup finally settled at 7 1/4. Getting great arrow flight. Now bring on them Spring Beavers:twisted:!
in reply to: TBM's Ol Dave Petersen got his Coues #8439Good on yah sir!!! Will you share the story here or save it for TBM?
in reply to: One of every Deer!!! #61121Yah my wife always kicks my butt at shed hunting as well. I’m on a two year dry spell, and she will find one every other day come Spring. Just ain’t no justice in this world eh?
in reply to: Dying Feathers #60229That is to cool. Gonna have to give it a try.
in reply to: Tusker Broadheads… #60189Yah it was the price that led me to the Tuskers in the first place. I simply loose to damn many broadheads to shoot the expensive ones!!! If only critters would just hold still at a reasonable distance of say seven yards, then maybe I could splurge on some Ashby’s or those new Werewolves.
Glad to hear that most folks agree the quality of the Tuskers is not a concern, I was kinda worried about that at first while looking at their price tag. Should be in the mail here any day now.in reply to: Any trad archers from Northern Alberta? #59188Another try.
in reply to: Tradbows and Moose DVD? #59187Well I couldn’t find a copy of “Lost Antlers” but “Primal Dreams” has me interested. Is there a place where a person can view a trailer of “Primal Dreams” before purchase?
in reply to: Rutting activity in January #57645Yup that does seem pretty late. But then I saw similar rutting behaviour from a big Mulie this year around December 27. I kinda guessed it might have something to do with how crappy our winter has been (if Mulies can sense such things). Right now the areas I hunt have snow that goes up to my mid-section, which is a huge difference from the mild winter we had last year. How has your winter been in MD?
in reply to: Goose (Big Game ?) #57169Great job on the Goose! As far as I’m concerned, anything that requires a broadhead is big game so your Goose is a qualifier, to me anyhow.
in reply to: The Werewolf #57164Looks solid. No glue on model though eh?
in reply to: Appropriate discussion? #53649I am really enjoying this thread, interesting stuff indeed.
in reply to: Lets Do a Build-along #52340Awesome build along. Now if only we had Turkeys… 🙁
in reply to: shed hunting 2011 #51452I saw a Mulie buck two days back that was still wearing his headgear.
