Patrick, you are correct on the back issues.
Premium Members get the two most current issues that can be downloaded and saved on your PC. They also get read-only access to the SOLD OUT issues, not every issue. In this case, Chad’s article is in a sold out issue and would be available to Premium Members.
in reply to: TBM Arrived Yesterday! #23701Yes, the profit margin is lower on newsstand sales but that is a part of the business. And a very squirrelly business it is. I’ll just say this. Don’t ever buy a book or magazine without a cover. The seller has claimed it was destroyed and the author/publisher gets no money 🙁
I tell folks if you are buying it from your local archery shop or small Mom&Pop place that is fine. If you are buying it from a national mega-chain store you should have a subscription. Some folks like the “hunt” and subsequent shopping trip, some like that their mailman didn’t fold it in half and shove it in their mailbox, some people only want the bowfishing issue…there are good reasons for buying it off the newsstand. It’s a personal choice for sure.

Should be there this week. It is also available in our shopping area and I’ll add the description/table of contents tomorrow morning.
Go to the shopping area that corresponds to where the products are shipped. Scroll down to the bottom and go to the second page and select 2010 Back Issues. I would put a link but there are six of them depending on where you live and if you have a Premium Membership. If ya need help let me know.
in reply to: bear longbow #19079A picture would go a long way in getting the info you are looking for. Here are the instructions for Posting a Photo in the forums. Or you can send it to me at webmaster@tradbow.com and I’d be happy to post it for you.
in reply to: old back issues of tbm #19074Thanks, Patrick.
gleno, if you live outside the US the prices might be different. We also have an Index (Excel spreadsheet) of all the articles published and which issue they are in. You can find that and a list of which issues are available and which ones are sold out by going to the Dowload Library and click on TBM Files. Hope that helps.

Jillian can be reached toll-free at 888-828-4882 or email subscriptions@tradbow.com
You should email Jillian or call her on Monday so she can send you another copy. She is doing the last mailing this week. Sometimes the magazines get mis-delivered or chewed up in machinery but we will replace them.
JW you look mahvelous! 😉
For JW’s image I just loaded his picture in my Photobucket account, copied the Direct Link line and pasted it in his Profile under Avatar. You can also use the Upload Avatar button and choose an image from your computer but make sure it is no more than 100 pixels wide before you upload it. That button is a lot easier than the Photobucket route. 😆
Awhile back I made instructions for using the Gravatar image and you can find that under Campfire Forum FAQs.
As with JW, if I can help any of you load a picture, just send me the image and your user name. I’d be happy to set it up for you.

http://www.gfredasbell.com This will take you to the wool clothes but they also sell the GFA quiver and knives.
I recently heard a rumor that Da Wool Lady is selling through 3Rivers Archery. If I can get a link to that I will post it.

He has been working on a very important project that has him away from home. He says thanks for the concern and he hopes to be back soon.

Thanks, JW for your renewal. We’ll keep those magazines coming.Dave, if I were you I wouldn’t even buy green bananas! 😀 Just kidding…you’ll outlive us all!

in reply to: Wood Arrow Build Along "Finished" #54326Great build-along, Dude!
Spine testers: For those of you who have back issues of TBM we have run two articles on building your own spine testers in the Jun/Jul 94 and Apr/May 99 magazines. Next time I go to the office I’ll pick out the best one and post it as a download file. Gimme a couple days…I don’t “go to the office” very often. 😆
