I will play with this a bit, but my guess it that you can load an image the same way you would from your computer. Send the image to your Photobucket account and then paste the code in your post. I have to sit at the mechanics this morning so I will play with it and get back to you. It certainly won’t be as easy as sending it to Facebook. 😆
in reply to: Tradtional Wisdom-Fixing Twisted Recurve Limbs #38718I have put the two-page pdf article in the Download Library under Fixing Twisted Recurve Limbs and it is available to all members who want it. Good luck with the bows. 😀
in reply to: Tradtional Wisdom-Fixing Twisted Recurve Limbs #38503Hi Dave,
That issue is available in print so you can order it from the site using this link: Oct/ Nov 2009. Give me a bit and I’ll see if I can get a PDF version of just that article for you.
in reply to: Do Trad Shooters Need a Class card? #31796Hey JimyG. Thanks for posting your question and welcome to the forum. I know we have a few target archers on here. I’ll see if I can round up someone to answer your question. Whereabouts do you shoot?
in reply to: Hello all, #31793Welcome, Tex. Glad to have you here. Lots of great folks and fun stuff to check out on the site.

in reply to: woodarrows #29024I will add my welcome to Bruce’s. We’re glad to have you here 8pointer.
A while back we posted a Tip of the Week on Wood Arrow Spine from T.J.’s book The Traditional Bowhunter’s Handbook. I hope it helps get you started.
in reply to: may I come in? #27404Welcome to you, Homer, and all of the new members. I’m not too hard to get along with…I try to stay out of the way unless you need some help. 8)
We really do have a great group of folks here. Not all of them agree, that’s what makes it interesting, but be prepared to back up your opinions with facts. New folks ask questions that you can probably help with, so feel free to chime in if you have anything to add. And most of all, have fun and make some new friends. 😀

You might ask this lady. I know she works with both the Nevada and California clubs. Worth a shot. Nevada Traditional Archers-Marilyn Dutra, 291 Seavey Rd., Petaluma, CA 94952, 707-763-6574, mar2steve@aol.com
I was also thinking of Tim Meigs in Carson City, NV. His ad isn’t in the last few issues so you might have to do a Google search. Good luck.
in reply to: Any trad archers from Northern Alberta? #14678I just checked the Club Listings and there is a contact for Alberta Traditional Bowhunters Association. It looks like the guy is in the same city as you are. I have worked with this gentleman and I’m sure he can help you find trad shooters in your area. Give him a call.
Hello Redeemed, welcome to the site. I’m sure someone else with more experience will chime in on this subject. We have had several threads that involve ghillie suits. You can find them by using the search function right below the words “Traditional Bowhunter® Magazine Forums”. You can search for certain authors or terms, so put ghillie into the terms and see what you can find. Good luck.
in reply to: Don Thomas Deer carry method? #12900Hmmm… I see another Tip of the Week here. 8)
in reply to: Some Old Photos #11285Great photos, Bear Paw! Thanks for sharing. 😀
in reply to: Far west Texas Archers #7818You might try contacting this club and see if they have any members in your area. They seem to be a very active club but I don’t know exactly where they meet.

in reply to: Gerilla arms #63212Hello Gene2, welcome to the campfire. I know the other guys will chime in about your carbon arrow questions. I can help you with the Advertiser Link List. These are businesses that pay to advertise on our web site. You get lots of free content here because of these folks, so try to go to their sites first, if you can.
Premium Members get the digital version of Traditional Bowhunter, and that has links to all of the advertisers who put their web address in their ad. There isn’t an index of all of them, but hunting through the magazine is half the fun. 😀
in reply to: Dying Feathers #62151Wow, Dennis. This is great. Mind if I use it for the Tip of the Week sometime? I’ll get permission from the other guy too. Thanks for sharing. 😀
