in reply to: Didn't get my TBM #32928
Yes, you should have it by now. I’ll contact the Subscription Department on Monday to get a replacement mailed out.
in reply to: Lets sit on our kills #30082I purposely stayed out of the conversation about this on a different thread, but since both T.J. and Don are out hunting, I feel it needs to be addressed.
Occasionally, something slips through the cracks that we later regret. This is one of those times. 😳
Mea culpa!

in reply to: is the new Traditional Bowhunter mag out yet? #11767The print version of the Oct/Nov issue has been mailed to subscribers and should arrive by the end of August. If you don’t have it by the end of this week, please call the Subscription Department toll-free at 888-828-4882. Although they all get mailed on the same day, they do not get delivered on the same day.
The digital issue is on the home page, but it is only available to Premium Members. Mike, I did send my standard email to all Premium Members on August 15th. I don’t know why you didn’t get it; maybe check your spam folder. 😉
in reply to: New Trad group in Idaho #9616Hi John. Welcome to the site!
We’d like to add you to the Club Listings and Mentors on our site. We also have a calendar for traditional shoots and you are welcome to submit a shoot.
For those who are interested, here’s a link to the Xtreme North Idaho Traditional Archers FB page.
in reply to: Another Noisy Recurve #63594This tip by Rocky Weeks explains what Mark is trying to say. It’s called Heterodyning. Good luck!

Ha ha! No problem, but please, no butts over 5 years old! 😉
in reply to: Broadheads #51513David Petersen wrote: x 3 what ColMike said. There are also several Ashby articles over the years in TBM, some of which are quick-read summaries of the extensive research.
Here is a link to the Ashby Library. The second selection will give you the articles as they were published in TBM.
Also, the question was 2 blade vs. 3 blade and experience with Eclipse. 😉
in reply to: New tor Bows #32603Hello and welcome to the forum family.
My suggestion is for you to see if there is a traditional archery club or mentor in your area. Here is a list of the ones we know about. If there isn’t a mentor listed, contact a club and see if they can set you up to shoot with someone and ask questions. What state do you live in?
Good luck with your journey.
in reply to: Side quiver pattern #59292I’m not sure if this is what you want, but I found a Tip of the Week from last year for a tube quiver. I hope that helps. 😀
in reply to: Update on Larry Fischer vs The Bastard #57800Here’s the latest on Larry’s battle with The Bastard.
in reply to: August/September TBM #57798Thanks for all the kind words. I will pass them along to the rest of the crew. We are pretty lucky that we get to do this for a living! 😉
I liked the interview with Tracey Balowski of St. Joe River Bows, and I thought Preston’s article was very good!
in reply to: In Case Y'all Don't Know #47924I might be “defiantly” qualified for the Secretary of State job, but I will politely decline the nomination. 😉
I’ve also enjoyed this thread. It’s kinda fun to be silly for a bit.
