I like the idea of using monofilament, I use constrictor knots above and below the nocking point.

To hang that on the wall and not hunt with it would be tragic, perhaps stay out of the mud and rain.
Are the fletchings peacock? if so they were highly thought of for hunting in the middle ages as they are super quiet.
Reminds me I must build a bow rack for my meager collection.

I get the gist, if your efforts and those of others with the same sense of responsibility for the preservation of the environment and the critters that inhabit it are not recognised and supported everyone will lose, hunters, ecowarriors and urbanites alike, this resource cannot be reinvented.
I wish I could have made it to Denver but it’s not possible have a great time and I look forward to reading the ‘after action report’.

Late yesterday afternoon all chores done I found a quite spot in the sun and broke into the latest copy of Traditional Bowhunter, opened it randomly to be confronted by Lucas R Schmidt and a Javelina shot in Arizona, spooky.
