Can’t be that! I’m pretty easy to spot too. I’m the white guy with a longbow. 😆
Unfortunately, unforseen expenses are going to MOST LIKELY prevent me from going. 😈

in reply to: Idaho Trad Bowhunters – huh? #49053Yeah, that’s crazy! If you ever want to send me a check, I promise I cash it within the week. 😉
in reply to: 1968 Easton Catalog….Charts….FYI. #49024I love thumbing through the old catalogs. Pretty cool George. Even if instead of thumbing through it, I’m scrolling through it.

I wouldn’t mess with it if I were you then. I’m just used to using tabs all of my life and certainly wouldn’t cut the tips off my gloves if I wasn’t experiencing any problems with them. But that’s just me.

Isn’t the purpose of the glose simply to be a life support system to hold the finger-tips pads in place? I’m not nocking it, I’m just clueless on this. dp
Here’s the thread that started the revolution 😆 :

in reply to: Tradtional Wisdom-Fixing Twisted Recurve Limbs #48566If that’s the article Jason wrote, I also put it to use to fix my daughters recurve. Worked like a charm. Well actually, that’s not true. It worked like something that really works. 😉

Did he say he was considering doing so? I don’t think he was there last year.
in reply to: New Bow in the House! #48545Nice find LL! Next time I’m in the area, I’m gonna find that store and check it out.

We don’t have that problem around here, as it’s very flat in the Saginaw Valley. 🙂

Then you disappeared again. So I won’t welcome you back this time in case I have bad internet breath, but seriously do hope that whatever has kept you away is a positive distraction, and if not, is done with. Ho-ho-homer.
Ha! Yeah, my internet connection has really sucked these last few months. Hopefully I can actually use it. Quite a concept, I know.
in reply to: A Day in the Woods… #39362Nice pics LL! HOPEFULLY, I’ll see you guys in Grayling!
in reply to: My Latest Project #39355Very nice Steve!

I’d sure like to meet this Patrick fellow. Sounds like a heck of a guy! 😆
Thanks guys. It sure is nice to be missed while away.
I never thought of just clipping one finger. Too late for me to experiment with that idea on my current glove. Speaking of cutting fingers off gloves, Steve was the one who had warned that I need to stitch the ends to keep them from unraveling, and I really need to get that done ASAP!
in reply to: New bowhunter born today! #62879Congrats!
