      All I can say is enjoy sunny Arizona! Michigan is an armpit this time of year….hi of 6 for Monday…snow, rain freezing slop now. I envy you trip!

        Happy New Year! It is cold windy and snowy. I believe the word I feel is “torpid”. I think that’s how a bear feels before nodding off for the winter:)

          there was some “mutt”ering and a dog pic or two up there… here’s our old gray girl. 1/2 lab/Shep mix. @12 years old now. Better “person” than I’ll ever be:D

            I’m on the very southern edge for paper birch in Mi., but work takes me to birch country all the time. Sounds like it’s best to peel bark in spring. Must come off easier with the sap flowing….let me know if you want some bark in a few months. I’ll fix you up.

                      Fantastic! I’m going to set up 15′ from the front door now:D The suckers are in the bird feeders every day. Nice late season doe. Way to hang in there!

                          Grumps – it’s a type of back quiver. If you go to 3 Rivers Archery and the quiver section, you’ll see a pic.
