                Hi,im mountain man,,,,,and im a wood arrow convert 🙂

I too tried carbon after carbon then aluminum and carbon again just cause im lazy and couldnt be bothered with building arrows

Then i was saved showed the light, and now understand and embrace the true flight of the arrow!!

One day at a time,,one day at a time

I went to monkey tails on my recurve and they helped alot

2 worked well but there very small and you can easily run 4/6

They slid with minimal effort so you can tune your string for vibration noise but they dont move unless wanted

Im sure theres better arrow builders here then me and its just one of those discussions like i like Ford you like Chevy, but,I adhere to the 10grns per pound rule(its worked for me)maybe a heavyer weight arrow might be the answer

I shoot wood dont know if that would help with carbons

If it was me with wood id add some lacquer and pick up some weight or build heavyer arrows see what happens

What spine weight on your arrows?

To stiff of an arrow will do that the string isnt flexn the arrow enough its trying to hard

Just a thought IMHO im sure others might know better then me but thats where id start

You shooting off rest or shelf?
