at one time – the greatest majority of hunter injury [being shot] was turkey hunting [I was wondering if that was still true as to your hunt ed inst info]. This always surprised me, as all states I have hunted spring turkeys required the bird to be bearded. Which at least for me meant a pretty close look!
Like you say no red/blue is safety best for that hunt!
Thanks

your welcome, and your Quiver/haversack etc represents that heritage. A totem, one might say ——

BRAVO! well said — although I personally thought the bumper dumper was a pretty trick idea – especially for us older folks -haha

in reply to: Fletching color #56017I mostly use bright colored fletch for the reasons others posted. I have toyed with more natural/camo colors for turkey, but it is harder to track the flight well [see hit placement, mostly lack there of ]. My new idea is red & blue for turkey – if the fletch looks like a gobblers head maybe it will help toll them closer for an easier shot – haha

I especially like the simple/efficient design of the Quiver pocket closure.

ps -judging from some of the artwork shown, it looks like your lineage hails from Wexbow territory -haha

Very Clever!
I use and like Fletching tape and have figured out how to apply it fairly easy [after much trial and error]. your device looks like the faster/easier way to do it.
Are you going to start your own tradbow accoutrements company?

You did Great!
I owned a couple of Shultz Longbows in the early 70’s [ my first]they were the best “Hill” type Longbow Inmo, at least for me in those days. .Shoot great/look great — Unfortunately no longer have one, my last one got broken in a move, sadly. . A good college friend of mine has 8!!.I need to trade one off of him, now that I am thinking of it.
