in reply to: Does anybody really pay this much? #52389I thought that Dr. Ashby will come to my house and cook dinner if I bought some Ashby heads:lol:
in reply to: Climbing treestands #50218I use an Ol Man stand and it is great. Light, easy to use and I have no problems with the bar getting in the way. Before that I used a Tree Lounge. This is a very comfortable stand, but weighs a lot
in reply to: Another woods walk with the old Shakespeare. #50211Great pics:P
Have you tried those Woodyweights on your arrows? I see you can add up to 200g to the front of your arrow
in reply to: Thanks again 3 Rivers, they are very pretty! #48087Nice looking arrows
in reply to: A couple of pretty cool pictures #48081Great pics
in reply to: 2 blade broadhead orientation #42260I was told, as a kid, that they should be verticle so that a corrrect arrow length would nestle the notch (like on a magnus) against your finger. I never liked having a razor that close, so never had them that short, but have always put them on vertically. Daves comment about less effect on the eyes if horizontal though has piqued my curriosity. I think I will give it a try now
in reply to: Tarantula hawk #41115Yikes, what a way to go:shock:
in reply to: Scentless waterproof spray? #41113Can’t say I have seen this stuff. I use Camp-dri and after leaving it outside to dry a few days, don’t notice an odor
in reply to: What is TOO Heavy? #39550Beautiful arrows. My guess is that they will fly good from that bow
in reply to: My new hunting buddy #39545Everybody needs to pitch in, lol
