Ibu. usually works for me. A couple years back, I threw my back out right before bow season. I used one of those back wraps that fasten in front with velcro. Another thing I have used is those disposable heat wraps you can buy at drug stores. They offer support plus heat on the back. I’ve used them in bitter cold weather, just for the heat

I know what you mean about not wanting to shoot the coyotes and wolfs because you don’t want to eat them. Years ago, I was bear hunting in the U.P. of MI when a pack of coyotes came upon me. Besides my bow, I had a .44 in a shoulder holster. Even after dropping one and shooting at others, they continued to circle me and try to get behind me. Luckily two other hunters with rifles happened along and shot two more. I have never trusted coyotes since then and will try for them when opportunity presents itself. I always think “What would have happened if one of my daughters walked into that pack?” I make exceptions for the “Don’t kill if not going to eat” phylosophy my father taught mein reply to: How do you get these amazing hunts #37895For out west hunts, we usually try to get at least 4 guys to go in ordedr to split the cost. If you buy your license earlier in the year, you can even it out more. Then we sleep in my cabin tent for a camp. For other states, I have a lot of friends I have made through the years on line and get invites to hunt their places. There are a lot of great people out there:P
