      A couple years ago I had a very bad experience with my Bear Super Kodiak.. In short, the lamination was beginning to do some very nasty things! After contacting Bear time after time they failed to recognize the potential problem. After seeing the bow they told me–no problem. A few weeks later in the woods, the bow shattered. But as of late, thanks to 3 Rivers Archery and a nice conversation with Harry Grimm at Bear,my faith in my favorite bow company has been restored! I received a new Bear bow in the mail just the other day. I would recommend their customer service as number one. Their concern was impressive.

      Good story, thanks for sharing. Too many times we fail to give great customer service it’s due mention and only focus on the ‘horror’ stories.
