A few years ago, I inherited a few 220gr phantoms 4-blades from a friend and had a full pass thru lung shot using one. the last time I used one, though, I missed and the broadhead exploded in pieces when it hit a soft pine tree. I stopped trusting them after that, and just went back to solid 2 blades, double and single bevel. I have no experience with the newer lighter ones, but personally I would not use them. I have a friend in Jersey who shoots 45# recurves and longbows. He loves them, so go figure!:D
PS: I would definitely take bleeders off.
