        I must admit I’ve been a bit lax (lazy) in allowing topics that were unrelated to traditional archery. It’s been a long summer and I know that hunting season is just around the corner. I don’t know if it’s boredom or cabin fever, but some of the topics lately have gotten way off track from our main purpose here. I am asking all of you to avoid topics that involve guns, religion and/or politics, or topics that don’t have anything to do with traditional archery.

        I sure don’t want to discourage anyone here from posting and chatting with their friends. I really like the camaraderie of the group we have here, and I think we can still find lots of things to talk about concerning hunting, outdoors issues, making or fine tuning traditional bows and equipment, etc.

        If you have any questions about this, post them here or send me a private message.

          Fair enough! Thanks for the reminder. I will curb my occasional tendency to wander off. Lots of good scent around here sends me down too many rabbit runs sometimes!

                  As a ballbag that’s had more than one thing removed from this forum, I’d like to say that I really like that this is a place where only some things are discussed. Just like the magazine, it makes it special and valuable. Thanks for keeping it that way Webmom 😀

                                          Excellent idea Mike, webmum for president and then she can ban politicians from politics.

                                          Some of the other suggestions are a bit radical, jeans, driving steady on sir.

                                            I’m happy to be the Supreme Leader in my own little world. For the most part I’m happy to delete double posts and help you post pictures. I surely don’t keep track of who gets deleted. It is a very small number compared to the great topics and cheerful banter between us over the years. 😀
