Out of my Widows my 56# Widows, I use a 30 1/4″ .400 spine Easton FMJ with just a 100 grain tip and the regular 16 grain insert.
I’m shooting gold tip 5575 so I’m assuming they’re 400 spine. 28.75 inches long. Have not paper tuned yet. But as I’m shooting they look as if they are flying good not sure though. Im not real sure bout all this though
