      Thankyou.  That was a few years ago…..it was tough for a while…..but now….its mostly all good memories. I’m so glad we spent half a lifetime running the woods together.

      Aaron, you are lucky …… you recognize how fortunate you are right now…..that’s a blessing. Many never realize it until tragedy or heartbreak  forces you too.

      Best of luck to you and your brother this coming year.

          I just realized this may contain some advertising within my links….that was not my intention…..I will post them in the forum itself in the future.  Sorry….wasn’t trying to get free advertising…..I honestly never thought of it.  Its not fair to the paid advertisers…..

            I hope posting a link isnt breaking a forum rule…only reason I do it is otherwise I would have to copy and paste the txt….and then, host the pics and bring them here…..its just easier for me to do the link thing….but if its a rule issue ( I get that) just let me know…..thanks.

              Thanks.  The bow was Black Widow PSA-X.  48@28.  Arrows were Beaman Classics. Broadheads were Magnus Stingers 125Gr.  Maybe slightly on the low poundage side…..I just chose my shots carefully and had no issues.

                Great thread…I’ve owned a couple camps over my life…this one was my fav. It was situated right on the banks of the famous St Marys River. It had great runs of big salmon and outstanding hunting. I owned it for over 20 years. We ran a small guiding business out of it for about 10 of those years. I write about it often. It was a beautiful River Valley.

                    Thank you. Its a great place.  I really like the amount of knowledge I see here on this forum…..since I joined….I’ve just been crazy busy…hoping to participate more in the coming weeks.
