      I had the same problem when I started using string trimmer line to add weight. I took some electrical tape and wrapped it about 5-6″ appart so it became quite snug. That quieted things right down.

        I actually have the NAP Centerest on my Jaguar and it works very well, however, it’s very tough on feathers. That thing can shred a feather down to the shaft in no time.

          😯 Another Coronado shooter! Mine is a 1969 Damon Howatt 50lbs @ 28″ I found it hanging on the rack at my local traditional shop and it caught my eye right away! Most people when they see it complement me on how nice and how quiet my Martin X200 is (they look very similar) but when I tell them what it is the first thing they ask me with wide open eyes is, “how does it shoot?” It’s always the same answer. Great!
