      Well since it is heaven, God already has the best of the best there, so I wouldn’t have to take any, because the best would already be waiting for me with perfectly matched arrows for each one.

          Funny… I can hear Lee Marvin’s voice with that “Interesting thought…” statement.

          I to feel the same about why I left the compound bow, and have the same feelings as David and SteveMcD.

              Read all you can (starting w/Dr. Ashby) and decide for yourself, as for me I will not let Styrofoam Blocks be the indicator how my broadheads will react on live game.

                  Actually that only shows the rear of the broadheads resistance to the foam, which is no indicator of what it will do on a live animal. I will stick with a good sharp 2 blade broadhead.

                      Our Archery Only Season begins early Sept thru mid Oct. Now if you’ve a mind to go with a bow during our General Season and take your chances with rifle shooters that begins a week after Archery Only Season ends to Thanksgiving week-end. If you are lucky enough to have drawn a late season tag/s, then depending on the area you can hunt into Jan.

                        I’ll say for me its the Whitetail, for table fair. Of course after this next 2011 season, I just might change my mind 😉

                                  That is the only way for me any longer, spot and stalk or use ground blind for cover. I travel lighter this way, and enjoy the hunt a lot more.
