        Hello,

I have been blessed to be lucky enough to take my first pronghorn with my longbow by spot and stalk. It was a great time. Not big by trophy standards.

Congrats on a fine animal and a good stalk. I’ve never hunged lopes, but hear that spot’n’stalk is the toughest way to hunt them. Hellova trophy!

that is a great speed goat! never hunted them myself, but I have also heard and seen on TV how tough it is to spot and stalk them! Congrats!

Any pronghorn shot with a longbow via spot and stalk is a trophy in my book. Congrats!

I have hunted lope with the rifle and I must say you are to be commended on your stalking skills if you got within bow range of any pronghorn in open range. That is definitely a trophy in my book too. Congratulations!

That speaks well of your stalking skills. Making a successful stalk on a pronghorn is a rare trophy, in and of its self; one few bowhunters will ever have!

What modest success I’ve had in bowhunting is mainly due just one thing … stupid persistence! The more often you try, the more often you ‘get lucky’.

                      Congrats again!
