Hi my name is Devan i am fairly new to bow hunting and went strait to traditional gear for the past 2 years i have been shooting a Bear Montana Long Bow but i want to change over to a rcurve (take down) just trying to make a decision on what bow i want to get but i have limited access to go and look at bows because i am currently deployed with the Army to Kuwait i would appreciate any and all info from more experianced traditional bowhunters

Welcome and thank you for serveing our great country. The best thing I can tell you is to find someone that shoots a recurve and start shooting with them. You may find someone very close to where you live. If not you could attend a few 3-d shoots and I am sure you will meet a few trad guys. Best of luck in your search.
