        I know that tracking deer is a very successful way to hunt during the winter when there is fresh snow on the ground! Has anyone ever had success with it using a stick? Always wanted to try it and I think I am going to this season if we get some good snow!

          My dad does it all of the time out here in Utah. Muledeer just wander around alot during the rut, so he will get on some fresh tracks and start walking. It works! I did somewhat of a “tracking/still hunting” technique to take this late season Muledeer doe. Check out the buck I just took last night on the 2009 utah Muledeer post.
