        just aquired two Bear recurves.one is a grizzly at 50# and the other is a kodick hunter at 65#. Anyone know how to determine the string lenght. Thanks. Will

          I think the AMO is a string 4″ shorter than your listed bow length for a recurve and 3″ shorter for a longbow. . My 58″ Bear Grizzly works very well with a 54″ string.
