First Question- Where do you live, and how far will you go? 😯
There are pigs in many places. Once you answer this question, you will get suggestions.

I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and I will travel up to 500 miles to hunt feral hogs.

Texas is over run with them or so I hear. Don’t know how much public land is available where the pigs are though.

I went down by Carlsbad a couple of months ago looking for some hogs. I found a couple of signs, but never spotted a hog. A local down there said that he and some friends hunt them down by Loving, NM. I live here in Albuquerque also, so if you need more info, just let me know.

The Ocklocknee WMA in Tallahassee is overrun with them.

There are a number of private landowners in Texas that would be pleased to have you help them with their hog problem! Look at the San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other newspapers in the Southern area of the state and you will find many “hog eradication hunts” offered. If you want public land, there are a number of wild hogs inhabiting the Granger Wildlife Management Area near Taylor Texas and I know the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge near Rockport offers limited draw feral hog opportunities. I realize that is a ways to go for you, but the good news is pay-to-access hog hunting is cheaper and easier for you to access than virtually any kind of hunting I know of in this state.
Hogs are a hoot and I love shooting them (and eating them) about as much as any animal in the world.

Let me know if you are still interested in doing this !

Hello wolf among dogs. I’m a truck driver from S.D. and will be coming to Fl. with loads in a couple of weeks. Do you know of any farmers with hog problems that would let a person bowhunt if they get a chance to get a spare day or even a half of a day to hunt. Thank you for your time,Paza.
