Hi, I’m a new member to board. I live in southern France, where I hunt wild pigs in very bushy places. I shoot a Shrew classic hunter; the perfect bow for areas where you spend most of your time crawling. I have spent 2 years in Massachusetts from 2004 to 2006, it was so nice to be in forests where you could see farther than 4 yard and walk without being on your knees and elbows most of the time !!!
Enough of me, I want to say thanks to Dave Petersen for sharing his thoughts in TBM. I really enjoy reading the campfire philosopher (first article I read when I get my TBM). I have also really enjoyed the interview in the last TBM issue, it is good to know that I’m not the only E.T. among hunters thinking first to the conservation of our wilderness rather than to the game I could kill if there was no “antis”.
Thanks.

Bonjour Phil, and welcome, I live a little north of you, in the UK, spent some time in the Camargue on vacation. Will be just south of Saumur in about 2 weeks time watching unfortunately not hunting boar.
