I tested these today: the leather Nomad quiver and bow holder from my friend Virgil Vosse, owner of North Archery in France. The quiver and belt bow holder are gifts from Virgil whenever he comes to NY to hunt with me. The quiver is really nice and arrows are very secure in first quality dense foam, but the oiled canvas cover is a little narrow and hard. my fletching was beat up a little bit. I will have to think of alternatives, like a thin Goretex cover like the one sold at 3rivers. The bow hook, or holder came in handy, especially when you are schlepping a heavy Black Widow up the mountain an hour and 1/2 in, an hour and 1/2 out!! 😀 These items are so plush that the picture looks more like romantic Filson ad than a hardcore bowhunting backpack, but it’s French, so I guess it’s hardcore bowhunting….. with a certain… “je ne sais quoi” style! :P:P:P

Can I see a few more pics of the side quiver?

I like me a nice side quiver. I use a Safari Tuff, but I would lke to snatch up a nice leather one for 3d shoots and roving.8)
