Proving that I’m either a genius or just have too much time on my hands, I made up a circle with a spinner arrow. I’ve divided the circle up into categories; Bow arm, release, back tension,  follow thru, and some smaller sections in between; point on, 50 yards, 60 yards,  75 yards & 125 yards.

Now, when I get ready for a practice session I give the spinner arrow a spin and see what I’m going to work on today. This is kind of fun. One day I might be at my usual 30 yard line working on my bow arm and the next day lobbing arrows from the 125 yard line.

Changing things up keeps it from getting stale.

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again…

I have made a habit of copying a post before submitting it so that if something does go south, I can just paste the post back.

Ok …………… My computer skills are really limited.

No idea why the post didn’t go thru or why it showed up later ?????  Thanx to a moderator in the shadows ???

Anyway, the point is to keep it interesting by focusing on different things on different days. Yesterday I was on the 30 yard line with no thought other than ‘bow arm’.  Today I  was on the 100 yard line just for the joy of watching ’em fly.
