Here’s a couple pics I thought you all would enjoy from some recent adventures.
I was out hog hunting for a couple days. Took a shot at a sow, 10 yards, broadside. The arrow flew well, but was a few inches high, looked like it went through her hair which was sticking up. Oh well, next time.

Man, that’s first pic is a dandy. And such tropical scenery, which I didn’t know even NorCal had, and in winter no less. Sure as heck wish I was there right now! While I didn’t take this pic, it should resonate with a California boy like you.

Here’s a pic I took while floating the Teton River a while back. Moose crossed just upstream from us, walked down along the bank, and then crossed back over just below us.

You do that a few more times and you’ll be as experienced a pig hunter as me 😉

Seen these today. Getting me excited for spring time around here. Love to see these birds fly like that.
Anyone guess at how many fletchings are in the vid? I can usually get 4 or 5 per primary wing.

That’s a mighty long doe, Alex!

I don’t know, maybe the steep hill is stretching her a little bit, Dave! 😀

I’m thinkin’ the backstraps on that doe could feed a family of 10.

A couple of bears from the Santa Ritas in So. Arizona…
I heard rocks being rolled in the cut next to me and knowing it was a bear, I moved up and over to intercept…At less then 20yards I took the pic at the time I would be drawing an arrow back…(A few days before the season opened)
