Does anyone have any tips for getting black bear into bow range without bate.
In PA i know most of the bear hunting is done by driving with large groups of people. Thats obviosly not going to work for me. Any tips would be great.
try calling them – several calls on the market but beware when they come alot of times they come fast. I am not a pro and most times when I call bears run but when you get the right one as said they will come
i use a gray fox pup call made of wood, they seem to like it. they do have bear calls and some rabbit work. once you start to call dont stop or the bear will leave. once you see a bear then slow and let it search for you.
