WTF
-
Is this an effing joke? Seriously? I try to not worry too much about what other people do, but good grief.

wow ————-
I am not sure what to say!?
It is starting to become silly, average people will vote against hunting if technology becomes paramount.

LOL I couldn’t resist taking another peak. Kinda like internet rubbernecking. Suddenly it made me think of that scene from caddy shack (I dont remember which one) where Rodney Dangerfield had that driver that made the lazer grid and put the ball right in the hole, while simultaneously setting off another mans pace maker. I put this in the same class. Next they will think of a way to get rid of archers shoulder by removing that pesky need to draw your bow…oh yeah they just legalized crossbows in NY…

I’m caught somewhere between hysterics and absolute disgust….
So if some dope actually used this thing, and some dope will no doubt, at what point does the blood/flesh/viscera completely obscure the laser? You know some idiot will actually offer that as a real criticism…..
I also recently saw some device that holds “ANY BOW AT FULL DRAW!!! NO PHYSICAL EXERTION NEEDED!!!” – Order yours now!
Holy S&*^*&(t!!!!! If this keeps up I might become an anti! 😉

Anything that “makes things easier” (or convinces the consumer it does) will always sell.
All our lives we are taught to do things the easiest way possible for the individual…..the sad fact is that this same philosophy gets used for things that are SUPPOSED TO BE harder, a.k.a. challenging and therefore, IMHO, LESS enjoyable.
Best thing about that gizmo is that a GREAT many will find out how NOT flat their wiz-bang technology is…….not compared to a beam of light and too few really understand their trajectory to use it more accurately.
Just a sales gimmick…but it will sell where legal and Praise the Lord, Indiana is not one of em where it is.
God Bless

Would not be legal in Colorado….cannot have any electronic device attached to bow or arrows….not even luminocks.

Why not just wait for the heat-seeking version, which will surely soon follow? That way it won’t matter if your aim is very good or if the animal moves after the shot. All you’ll need to do is get the arrow aimed in the general vicinity of the game. 🙄 Oh, and fishing with dynamite requires a lot less skill than using a hook too. 😯 After all, who wants to waste any of their valuable time trying to learn the skills necessary to actually hunt or fish. 🙁

Actually, those devices were in Herter’s catalogs in the 1970’s. They didn’t sell then either. Just because it’s in a catalog, doesn’t mean folks will buy it. Sure, a fool or two will part with their money, but things like this generally are self destructing. Best thing we can do is show disdain for such useless crap and promote the challenge of our sport. It’s still a one on one sport, and that’s still the best way to promote common sense.

You said it, George!
