        Was getting stoked for the season, due to work schedule, I missed the elk rut for bow in my usual spot, was going to go for rifle season, but my wife’s health went south and she had to have a operation and is down for the count until mid Nov. might head out for the tail end of the season at the end of November, it’s rifle season, but I’ll bring my bow along too. Oh well, could be a lot worse.

          Hang in there. I feel your pain. In 2012 I was unable to hunt because of circumstances beyond my control. It appears your situation is similar. It just made my 2013 season more special than usual. Best of luck if you do make it out for the rifle season.

            Thought in Canada you could shoot critters out the bedroom window. Once in a while we have bears on the common right here in suburbia.
