Hello there, my name is Steve Branson. I have been a student of Traditional Archery for three years now. I have yet to harvest a deer with trad equip yet, had a few bad experiences a few years ago and decided to give it a while yet before I try again. This year, Im ready and confident. I am by no means as good as I would like to be, but I am consistent enough with much help from 3-Rivers and some instructional vidoes and alot of serious practicing. I give alot of credit to my latest video, Masters of The Barebow Volume 3. I am also lucky enough to have some very good hunting land that has alot of CRP and 10 year old pine trees that offer excellent concealment for ground hunting with traditional equipment. I have several bows, but my two main bows are my 55# Great Plains “Bamboo” longbow, signed by Dale Karch, and a 50# Bear Grizzly. I also shoot my Howard Hill Big Five some, but it stacks harder than the Great Plains. Anyhoo, just wanted to say “Howdy” and introduce myself.
