I just got the new Battle Axe Broadheads from centaur archery & they definately have the WOW! factor there 2 & 1/8″ wide & 2 & 7/8″ long & 190 grains… they look like the big game head on steroids… & they came already Very sharp which is good because ive ALWAYS had problems trying to get a concave edge sharp Until Now… i ran a double edge & a single bevel egde broadhead thru a rada wheel sharpener a few times & had them both scary hair popping sharp in about a minute each… which is a First for me…lol they mounted straight no messing around at all… they just went on perfect,& they Shoot perfectly straight and dead silent like a field tip, even though there 21/8 wide i think the reason that they fly so good is due to the gradual taper (the shape) of the broadhead its self

Baraga — don’t mean to start a argument, but darn them sounds like airplane wings! Have you shot them at 20 yards in any breeze? Got piktures? Sounds like sorta a Gillontine for lopping off turkey heads. But for deer? But maybe you’re shoot a hundred pounds! Please post piks, bb

A friend of mine shoots them with 2-5″ feathers on his arrows and gets great arrow flight. He’s had great success with them on deer. I think he shoots 55# with a 26″ draw length.
