        I just couldn’t resist sharing these pictures of my son shooting. They look like multiple views of the same shot but they’re not. Each picture has a different arrow – he just has very consistent form! He anchors a little higher than me, but what he does works for him. No one taught this kid how to shoot; I gave him the very basics and he took it from there. In these pics he filled a water bottle with arrows and then started aiming for fallen leaves on the dirt mound, all shots ~12yds. I love shooting with this guy. Sometimes I marvel at his shooting…and have to remind myself that he’s only six!

              Thats great. Reminds me of my boy when he was young shooting the hickory longbow I made for him. He turned out not to be a hunter but we did have fun shooting.
