This video is not directly related to archery, but it’s about balance and it’s got a feather in it, so I figured close enough. If you have twelve minutes to spare. best, dwc

Yeow!!! If we accept this as pure, with no trickery, what a phenomenal lesson on possibilities. I’d much prefer it without the end, however, which cheapens the motivation and makes it all, somewhat, pointless.
I hope that’s sufficiently cryptic not to give it away for others. Definitely worth watching, and definitely to do with the practice of archery, methinks.

Beautiful. I want to say so much but like Dave, keep it mysterious for everyone else as well. Worthy of your time my friends.

And I have trouble keeping a glass of water upright on the kitchen table. Regardless of the ending and motivation that guy has a well practiced skill and a way lot of patience. His concentration is something we archers could do well with having methinks. Especially me at times.

Glad you like it. I echoed your sentiments exactly while ramming my forehead into a branch while watching my step this afternoon. I heard that on that same site there’s a video of someone picking up a dime and putting it in a bottle, with a front end loader. It’s interesting to see how many ways skills can be demonstrated.
All the best, dwc

DWC:
First off, let me go a little nerd and say OMG, I HAVE NOT SEEN BEAT TAKESHI IN, LIKE, FOREVER 😛 . (I LOVED MXC (Takeshi’s Castle)) Second, I would like to thank you for giving me something to do this weekend when I am in the army, in the hotel, with wifi 😉 (I want to see the front end loader and see what else they have). Third, that is pretty darn cool. How much did that thing weigh? I really have a hard time believing that was just a feather, but still, pretty cool. Hope all has been well. Haven’t heard from you since the season ended. That was a great video. Thanks for sharing. Be well.

Hey Alex,
I had to look up Takeshi, but I get it. Must be fun. All is good here. Glad for spring, but I miss the snow in the woods.
Okay this one has nothing to do with archery, but skill is skill, right? Since you asked for it Alex. Enjoy.

The balance took care of itself (as evidenced by the fact that he could walk away from it…). What was really amazing to me was the strength and firmness of grip. Any tremors would have toppled the thing.
How did they keep the air on the stage from moving with all the lights?
That dude’s handshake could probably pinch your arm off.
