Hello all, I just bought my first production bow. It is a Manchester solo bow. The store Clerk Didn’t know much about the bow, other than it pulls a little harder than the listed 45#. Anyone have any information about these bows?
        Thanks, andy

Well I still don’t know who made the bow or where it is from. But now having shot it, I find that it shoots flatter and faster than my 50# hickory self bow. That being said I think I like my hickory bow better. andy

sorry andy, never heard of your bow – is it a longbow?

Hey Carl, yes it is a longbow. 69 inches in length. hickory core , cherry risers and a bamboo belly and back. 45# in pull. As I said in my earlier post it shoots better than my hickory self bow, but my self bow “talks” to me more…
