              Well it is Friday morning here in northern Michigan and we are snowed in with more on the way. My son is a state trooper stationed a few miles west of K’zoo and he says to not even try driving down. I guess I am going to miss it for the first time ever.

                That’s too bad, this winter has been a real doozy. I remember a few yrs back my wife and I were staying in Fairfied Inn right next to Perkins. It snowed a foot overnight fri. lucky it was a short drive to the Expo, so I was able to go. We left out for Mn. Sat afternoon while the getting was good, still treacherous all the way past Chicago. Last year I went because of the winter.
