Yesterday I saw a show on Samuri warriors. They were testing a cape contraption that the warriors wore. It was made of silk and would billow behind them, like a big balloon, while they galloped. To test it, they put a fan behind one, to billow it, and shot arrows from a traditional Japanes bow. 78% either bounced out or wer slowed enough to cause no damage. The ones that went through were under 15 yards. Then they actually had a rider wear one while another rider fired blunt tips at him. None went through the material. Just thought it was interesting:)
