        Thought you guys may enjoy this one. Most folks have never seen an Indian Archery target model. This one is from mid 60’s…the Cheyenne model. It’s 66″, 45#, and quite ample in limb width and riser mass. The dark brown part of the riser is micarta and has unique design. The close-ups show the swirl. I think the center part is walnut. It was a mess when I got it, so I scraped the thick old paint from it, and steel wooled the riser…then sprayed with matte acrylic clear. I’ve not done anything to the limbs…they just need a good cleaning. Indian Archery operated out of Evansville, Indiana.

          Very nice bow, I really like those old Indian bows, I just got a Bear Polar target recurve 45@28 66in it has a Zebra wood Bubinga riser and it is in real nice shape, 66inchers are smooth shooters
