        Well I had a 1/2 dozen CX 200 that are 30″ the CX 200’s are 7.0 GPI or equivalent to 600 spine for carbs. Well these have a 4″ VaneTech vane that as we know doesn’t work well shooting off the shelf.

        Well I thought what would it hurt to frey those vanes like we did back in school when making paper arrows. I just wanted to see how they would shoot before I stripe them, to have them feathered.

        The freying of those VaneTech vanes, resulted in center of bale hits at 20 yards from an elivated portch. I think these are going to make good stump shooters.
