Nice job. Even though it’s not a Grayling, I hope you used a removable paint? I think the Super-Ks are some of the best shooters ever made. I don’t think they’re “ugly” bows but mine has way too much white on it for my liking. I’ve though about painting it but mine is a Grayling and I just can’t bring myself to do it. I just covere up the white areas with some tape. (now it is ugly). BTW, I really like the way you left the coin visible too.

When I got my Super K Grayling, it was covered in camo, which was removed promptly with instructions from 3Rivers because of the Rustolium paint that was used.

I would never paint up such a nice bow. But hey it does look good…

I never thought i would paint any of my wood bows either. Then once i started collecting ” Grayling ” Bear’s I realized how “cheap” looking the Gainsville bows are. I tried snake skins (Skin Eez) and didn’t like that, so i decided to give it a paint job. Although i never really liked the looks of this bow, it has always shot great for me. I have 5 other Grayling Bear’s that i also like to shoot, but this one has ended up to be my go to bow.
