I can’t exactly remember the name (Wyondotte?) but 3 Rivers sells a do it yourself back quiver kit that is pretty good.

corignani,
Not sure if you are looking for something on the traditional side, but here is something I found recently that I would like to try out. If anyone has any personal info on this (Guide Gear Camo Quiver Pack), please let me know. I figure, for $30 I can’t really go wrong as a regular back-pack would be that much. The second is just an inexpensive back quiver to beat around.

Hope it helps,

Alex your first link looks like a copy of the Keyes hunting gear pack. I have used the Keyes model after reading a review in TBM. However when I added a rainjacket and water bladder< could not remove broadhead tipped arrows to hunt from the pack. I know they make a larger model now meant for broadhead tipped arrows. I have noow tried this pack for testing but not in a hunting scenario yet. Will let you know once elk season starts. https://gohornhunter.com/Products/HornHunter/HornHunterPacks/tabid/1018/CatalogItemID/1710/CatalogID/43/psnavcmd/CatalogItemDetails/psmid/1977/Default.aspx

skifrk ,
Thanks for the info. I would definitely look at getting a Keyes pack if this one pans out. Again, it’s $30, so even if I use it while hiking/scouting to keep my lunch, binos, camera, map and water, I didn’t really lose anything. I am not expecting much for that price, but I figure it would be a good way to test out the concept. Let me know how the Keyes works and good luck.

Just an update, I got the pack in the mail and I must say, I got my money’s worth. Definitely has enough room for everything I need on a hunt. The quiver part of it is not super, but ok for what I need. The quiver is just a slot with a piece of reinforced padding. Getting arrows in and out is a bit noisy. Also, if you shoot 3-blade broadheads, this pack will not work. Otherwise, it is something to carry my stuff to the stand, hang it up or put it next to me, remove and nock an arrow and access things as needed. Did I mention $30? I’ll let you know how it holds up during the season.

Alex that was the same problem the first gen Keyes hunting gear pack had. The work around if it fits for you is to put PVC tubes with end caps in there if not you can try there next gen which takes cares of the problems but they have gone up in price.

:)skifrk,
Thanks for the idea. I use 2-blade broadheads, so I should be good for now. I don’t really do any stalking, so I would probably have this next to me on the ground or in a tree. Still I may try the PVC tubes. Depending on how this pans out, I may look to upgrade in a season or two. Thanks again for the tip.
