I ran across this video while looking to shoot my pistol more accurately. While shooting my longbow I try to pick a spot and focus. I’ve watched this video several times trying to make the dots disappear. My question to you who do focus well on a spot is this sort of thing helpful?
I know you’re supposed to pick a spot while walking around and concentrate on it but I always wondered if I’m concentrating in the right way.
Yes I do understand the difference between concentrating on a front sight post and a hair on a deer. Two different focuses but one skill?
