I threatened to do this earlier this year. I finally got the nerve. I do not hate cell phones, not at all. Just having 2, 1 issued for work, and one for personal use was redundant, and the personal was nothing but an intrusion and general waste of time, speaking for me only. I am not made of $, but the passing of this distraction will trim some off the monthly bill and it has long since been paid for. It took me 3 shots at 20 yards. The 1st wounded the case, the 2nd hit low, and the last put it down. I hate wasting anything, but I am not sad to see the damn thing go.

I am sure at one time or another we all feel like doing that.

That’s awesome, good job! I had a similar experience but not on purpose. I was trying to do some filming and I thought that my camera takes better video than my cheap recorder so I placed it next, very close, to where my arrow was to impact. It went well for awhile… that is until I looked at the phone just before release to make sure it was still lined up… I’m sure you know the rest. LOL. The bummer part is that I thought I could at least salvage the SD card and still use the video… I had removed the SD card and it was recording directly to the phone. I lost everything. Oh well.

yeah but……..you released all the free radical atoms inside that thing to the partical spectrum of the universe when you trashed it with that shot. now any of us can with a special app…..pull out of thin air…….all your contacts…all your secret stand sights that you had marked…….all the photos of the secrete super bucks that you had stored…….:(….……..….

I have no doubt that you used a “UEFOC” arrow for a quick, clean kill!

Well at least its tongue is not hanging out. But we remove the arrow and place a leaf over the hole before taking the pic……so just remember next time. 😀
