        I needed to share this somewhere, and this really seemed like the place. This is one of the best articles I’ve read in a long time about the relationship between humans and the natural world, and specifically about how a sanitized version of “nature,” where no more threat exists, has led to romanticization and ultimately, a far more superficial connection;

              Very interesting article. Personally I reckon a sanitised environmnet is an evolutionary inevitability – man’s extreme position being pushed to it’s extreme Darwinian conclusion…
