Currently down under in NSW until about Christmas then two or three months in New Zealand for business. Looking forward to checking out the bow hunting over here. If there are any fellow trad bow hunters on here from these neck of the woods that could or want to help me a bit with the lay of the land would be awesome. Or maybe even get together for some shooting or hunting could maybe trade even trade for some Canadian hunting eh!

Tons of opportunities over that way. Personally I’ve only been on a few tahr hunts in the high country as far as the East coast region is concerned, Kaikoura is just north of Christchurch, and is a hunting and fishing mecca. I spend my time split between Queenstown and Western Southland. Let me know if you’re heading down that way. The best piece of advice that I can give you is to go onto the Department of Conservation website if you haven’t done so already. There’s a lot of good info on there.
